When I was born I've been absolutely naked ! Looking out of the window I was astonished at the blue blue sky... The blue colour ...the red colour... the yellow colour - I decided, that colour should be of the utmost significance for me henceforth...
Born in 1950 in Thuringia/East Germany. In the early years began to scribble with the left hand, because I am a southpaw. When I came to the school my mother insisted to write with the right hand... That proved to be no good for me. But today I can work with both hands... So when the left is tired, the right one will follow out the work. General Certificate of Education in 1968

Worked as an architect and builder.

But I am burning with passion for the fine arts!
